Overview

Engagd is provided to the community for Personal and Low-Volume use for free. For High-volume or Commercial use please contact us.
 

API Access Rights

Engagd has two levels of API access rights. Low-Volume/Personal and High-volume/ Commercial.

  • Low-Volume or Personal use is defined as:
     
    1. An individual using and testing the service for their own needs.
       
    2. A development team testing the service prior to commercial distribution
       
    3. A low-traffic application/mash-up that is made commercially available that remains under the high-volume/commercial threshold of usage.

       
  • High-volume or Commercial use is defined as:
     
    1. High-volume usage is currently below:
       
      • X Restricted requests per hour
         
      • Y Semi-Restricted requests per hour
         
      • Z Unrestricted requests per hour
         

Service level agreement

While Engagd is in beta, we make no guarantees as to its availability or up-time. Those interested in commercial access to the APIs should contact us for a complete SLA.
