2. Uber .NET Software Engineer – Anywhere in the world

Business Development Manager – U.S

You will be based in the United States (preferably in Silicon Valley or New York) and have at least 10 years in the IT and/or Media industries. You will have worked your way through the ranks to either a consulting or management role working in high-growth start-ups or at an executive level in a large corporate.

You will be armed with casual presentation and demo skills ready to show off software and ideas in front of small and large audiences.

You will have a desire to work in a high-growth start-up with all the perks and challenges that come with the territory.

You should be available to travel around the country communicating Particls’s unique value proposition and helping to establish friends and partners in all sectors of IT and Media (both old and new).

Reporting straight to the directors, you should be self-motivated, self-guided and able to source, approach and close opportunities taking on the business as your own.

Uber .NET Software Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled .NET software engineer to join the team as a part owner.

You will have:

• A strong belief in the power of Personal Relevancy as a technology, and Attention Management as a product (read www.Particls.com/blog)
   
• A desire to work in a high-growth start-up with all the perks and challenges that come with the territory.
   
• Able to receive predominantly stock compensation for 3-6 months (then moving to a generous salary package).
   
• 5+ years experience in commercial software development.
   
• Proven excellence in object orientated software and design patterns.
   
• Ability to work either full-time or part-time (minimum 10 hours per week).
   
• Readiness to report directly to the directors and have your voice and ideas count.
   
• The desire to take initiative and demonstrate creativity, innovation, urgency, and passion.
   

A deep appreciation of Firefly/Serenity is a bonus. Quotes from either are required to demonstrate your browncoat credentials (don’t worry too much if you don’t understand this last part)
